Hailey Iris is a 14-year-old girl with multiple talents. She is currently a year nine student at Southgate School in London, United Kingdom. Hailey is highly active both inside and outside the classroom. In addition to modeling, she excels in a variety of other areas. She has been playing football since age ten and is a striker for the Borehamwood 2000 girls' football club.

Hailey began her fashion modeling career at the age of 12, participating in Fashion Week London with House of Ikons. She made her debut walking for the designer Athea Couture. Since then, she has continued to walk for designers Athea Couture and CLC Couture at the House of Ikons Fashion event during London Fashion Week in 2022 and 2023.

In 2023, Hailey expanded her modeling opportunities by joining the renowned designer Mitch Dasunia. She also participated in the 'Princess of the Universe' International Modelling Competition by Mitch Dasunia in September 2023, where she won the best Cocktail Dress, National Costume, and Video in her age category. She bagged the Princess of the Universe 2nd Runner-Up.

Additionally, Hailey was featured on a Times Square Billboard in New York during New York Fashion Week in February 2024 for Mitch Dasunia. She also walked for Mitch Dasunia at a fashion event in Cannes, France, during the Cannes Film Festival 2024. She has participated in several Charity Fashion events in Gloucestershire and London in 2023. Hailey will be walking for the designer Olivier Zulueta in September 2024 in House Of Ikons during London Fashion Week.
