Charlotte Nicoelle Ocampo is a proud Filipina who has held positions such as Surrey Filipino Society President, Nursery Practitioner, and model for House of Musa and Malongwena Pride, among others. She is currently a pageant candidate for Miss Filipinas Royaltys UK as Miss Leicester.


Nicoelle's grace and ambition led her to win the crown as Binibining Barrio Fiesta Miss Tourism 2024, moving both judges and audience to tears. She was also awarded Best in Interview.



Her journey to the crown was marked by representing her Igorot heritage and empowering others with her voice to pursue poverty alleviation and bring awareness to mental health.

As a rising star, Nicoelle excelled in beauty pageants and made significant strides in leading her university society. She served as the president and also held positions as a signatory, well-being officer, and media manager.



Nicoelle's notable presence extends beyond the fashion sphere. She has gained recognition on the esteemed LCFC (Leicester City Football Club) website for women's wear.

Her impact reaches far beyond her local community, resonating with audiences on an international scale. She has organized and hosted international charity events, raising £920 for Child Hope Philippines in a single event. In addition to this, she uses her skills and platform to support other charitable causes.


She is an active member of Shield of Faith, her church, and also volunteers with the army cadets.



Nicoelle's love for traveling, stemming from her experiences of moving between the UK and the Philippines, has grown her passion for cultural appreciation.


Nicoelle aspires to run her own campaign and be part of a movement that can have a positive impact on the lives of the less fortunate. She envisions a future where everyone has the resources and opportunities to live with hope.
